This includes:
- Consultation to learn more about the project and technical specification.
- Definition of a plan and budget.
- Definition of a first tape layout, creation of the Finite Element Analysis Model and insertion of load cases provided by our Customer.
- Iteration to optimize the tape layout, selection of fiber, and resin costs estimation.
- Full report and validation of the preferred optimization with our Customer.
- Conversion of the final lay out into a set of 2-D preforms.
- Creation of the production files.
Then preforms can be produced and shipped to our customers along with technical support upon request.
